We will be making turkey and colby sandwiches on french bread for a meal following the Buffalo meet. If your runner doesn't like that please pack them something else to eat.
There are plenty of snacks from the Milaca meet, but the team has been running (no pun intended) out of chocolate milk. Please try to bring 4 gallons and cups to use.
The pasta feed at the Keller's was great and the kids had a fantastic time. I am adding some feedback that will help for the next one. I will add a fruit/vegetable category to the list. For drinks, please bring water, Gatorade or milk (white or chocolate) and no pop/soda.
