Booster Club Meeting

All,

We will be having booster club meeting at AHS on Tuesday 10/16 at 7 PM in room A-105.

We will be discussing the end of year banquet held at Bunker Hills Golf Course on Wednesday, November 7th.  

Agenda

Banquet planning

• Circulate sign up sheets for runners and parents
• Poster boards and pictures for Seniors
• Meal planning
• Year end video

Section meets JV on 10/22, Varsity on 10/25

• Need to add JV sections to the volunteer list for Water/Snacks
• Add schedule with times/directions to the BLOG
• Need volunteers for working at the section meet

Cub food bagging on 10/29

Look at the board positions and see if any parents would like to take on a position
