Practice Monday, June 18th

Looking ahead to Monday the temperature appears to be warm enough for us to enjoy a little water aerobics. Assuming that the rain will hold off the plan will be to run to Bunker Beach and do some resistance work in the Lazy River. Once we complete the water workout we will run back to the parking lot, most likely not a direct route back. This practice frequently goes past 10:00 AM so please be flexible.
